The figures aren't bad when viewed at a larger size, but the blankness of the background and foreground leave them swimming in empty space. The title implies that the setting of this novel is highly important, so the cover really ought to give us an impression of that setting, preferably with huge cartoon buildings looming in the background behind the characters.
